Aquadora Presents Pre-Thanksgiving Feast on iPad Point-of-Sale System3 min read

iPad Point-of-Sale SystemJust wait until you see what Chef Mike Dimas has cooked up over at Aquadora Dallas! He’s prepared a pre-holiday treat for your taste buds, at a price you can’t afford to miss. To enhance your dining experience this evening, the executive chef’s culinary artistry will be presented on Aquadora’s iPad point-of-sale system.

What’s in store at “Dallas’ Newest Destination for Dining and Entertainment”?  As a Thanksgiving Eve treat, Chef Dimas is preparing a special prix fixe (typically pronounced, “prefix”) pre-holiday dinner this evening (Wednesday, November 23). Come into Aquadora tonight and visually sample each of Chef Dimas’ “complex and exotic flavor combinations” on Aquadora’s iPad point-of-sale system, before you place your order. Start off the meal with a Golden Beet and Butter Lettuce Salad with pickled onions, shaved carrots, and pomegranate vinaigrette or Organic Field Greens, with candied pecans, dried figs, and herbed vinaigrette. Then choose between the amazing Soy Glazed Salmon, with wasabi potatoes, snap peas and carrots, and lemon ginger butter sauce or the chef’s Shiner Braised Short Ribs with roasted corn mashed potatoes, grilled ciabatta, and natural jus. And top it all off with either a decadent Chocolate and Dried Cherry Bread Pudding, with bourbon anglaise, toasted pecans, and vanilla cream or a delightful Prosecco Sorbet, with raspberries, lemon crème fraiche, and almond tuille.  A perfectly-paired glass of champagne or wine with your pre-holiday feast is included in the prix fixe price of $39. (The price does not include tax or gratuity, of course.)

Please note the following correction: In an earlier blog post, we suggested that you enjoy the Holiday Course Dinner presented on Aquadora’s iPad point-of-sale system, following the ice spectacular” at the adjacent Galleria Dallas this Thanksgiving Weekend. We have since learned that Aquadora will only be offering its pre fixe Holiday Course Dinner tonight (Thanksgiving Eve, Wednesday, November 23). We apologize for any confusion.

Aquadora will be presenting its regular dinner menu in tantalizing, high-resolution color on the iPad point-of-sale system, featuring a wonderful selection of Chef Dimas’ exquisite new concept entrées, starters, soups, salads, and desserts, for your enjoyment after the incredible Illumination Celebration and Holiday Magic on Ice shows at Galleria Dallas this Saturday evening (November 26).  The Friday show at Galleria Dallas is at noon, so there will be plenty of time to get in some Christmas shopping after the show, before going next door for dinner in the evening.  (Aquadora serves dinner between 4:00-10:00 p.m. CST, but will not start offering lunch service until next week.)  PinkMemo calls the ice spectacular this season’s “must-see” event. (Be sure to read our previous blog post, “Party Tonight at Aquadora and Check Out Their New Restaurant POS iPad,” for a look at Aquadora’s menu as well as information on their wine and beverage menu and tapas and raw bar, and our previous blog post, “After Holiday Magic on Ice, Dinner on an iPad Point of Sale Tablet,” for details on Galleria’s holiday ice spectacular and the holiday event schedule.

Take a look inside Aquadora and see the “breathtaking décor” in their Main Dining Room & Raw Bar, the Gold Room, the Main Lobby and Champagne Bar Area, the Glass Room (for private dining), including the elegant Helix Lamp: TOUR AQUADORA HERE.

Happy Thanksgiving!
