How the Aptito Communicator Revolutionizes the Dining Experience The Aptito Communicator is our newest flavor and spice that we are adding to our digital menu revolution.   • Sufficing to the staff functions of a restaurant and hoping that they would be attentive enough to offer substantial customer service.

With the Aptito Communicator – a smartphone app that we recently added to our All-in-One solution – this experience entirely changes. All servers are given smartphones that are loaded with our app, and the smartphones all link up directly with your digital menus and iPad POS system.

Request Waiter – Press a button on your digital menu to request table service from your waiter. The Aptito Communicator notifies them that your table – the table number and location on the grid inside of the restaurant – is in need of their personal attention

Get Your Check – No need to ever wait for your check again. You can simply request it from the server and their Aptito Communicator devices informs them that you are ready to have your bill brought to your table. If you are using a POS enabled system, and paid from our digital menu, then the communicator will tell them that your check has been tendered, so nobody thinks that you are “dining and ditching.”

Order More Drinks – Need more drinks? No problem. Enter the desired drinks into your menu and place the order. PING – the server’s smartphone lets them know that you are thirsty, and what beverages to bring to your table.

Expedite Food – Busy servers no more. Food orders can be routed right to the Aptito Communicator, a server can then be informed, and ensure that your order is accurate before sending it off to the kitchen.
