Try to form the perfect team – a mix of younger, motivated people, which you can educate and tailor to your restaurant’s needs, as well as professionals who have been in business for a long time.

Remember that these people will spend most of their time with each other. Considering the fact that employee retention is one of the key factors for the success of a business, it is very important to keep your staff happy for years to come. In order to do that, make sure to provide them with the best possible working conditions.
