The Aptito Communicator: Now your digital menu is fully interactive and doubles as a direct connect to the server who is serving your table that day. When you are seated and handed your iPad menu, the server who is assigned to your table is pinged and notified. This alerts the server that a new guest has been seated at a table that’s been allocated to them for service, all pinged to their mobile device via the Aptito Communicator.

Table Service: Whenever a guest presses the “request server” button on the digital menu, it will use the Aptito Communicator to ping the server and notify them that table service has been requested (included with our complete iPad POS system). Similarly, if a guest requests their check and or places an order for food or drinks, the server is also immediately notified.
